For over 20 years, we have been pursuing one mission: to enable our customers to find and process all product data in one central location and make it available for all sales channels. The tool for this is our Product Information Management (PIM) system. Our customers are medium-sized companies that are among the market leaders in their respective industries as "hidden champions".

Flexible working hours
We work with core working hours, beyond that you can organize your day flexibly. Overtime can be compensated in the form of flexitime or paid out on request.
Mobile work
You can work from home up to two days per week. Mondays and Wednesdays are attendance days to allow planning security for meetings and internal meetings.
Good transport connections
crossbase is very well connected to the transport network. There are plenty of free parking spaces available. Charging stations are available for e-cars.
Company car
Depending on the amount of travel, we offer a company car that can also be used privately.
Training budget
A personal training budget of EUR 1,500 per year for training, coaching, books, etc. enables you to keep up to date professionally. You also have the option of using the money for a sports or cooking class, for example.
Lunch
A canteen with a small breakfast selection and a variety of lunch menus is located directly on campus. There are also several dining options in the surrounding area.

Small offices
To ensure a pleasant and quiet working environment, there are no open-plan offices at crossbase. As a rule, two, maximum three people share a room.
